#12 Ankle-ups

Appropriate gaits: Walk, Trot


Stand vertically in your stirrups (not a deep 2-point). Flex your ankles to push your heels up and down with alternating strides.

Repeat:  4 x 30 secs

Focus: Feel your entire lower leg moving up and down the saddle flap.

Focus: Keep a stable connection (flexing your elbows, not your fingers) as you move.

Good for: Gripping with legs. Rider Balance.
