#22 Spiral Exercise

Appropriate gaits: Walk, Trot


Start with a 10m circle and spiral out to 20m. Then spiral back in to 10m. It should take about three circuits to spiral out or in.

Repeat: 2 x per direction.

Focus: Control the hind end with your outside leg (to enforce bend).

Focus: Keep the head and neck straight while asking for flexion.

Good for: Bending
