#6 Seat Balance Exercise A and B
Appropriate gaits: Walk, Trot
Instructions:
A. As you ride, move your pelvis in slow horizontal circles around the saddle. Sit forward, then sit left, then sit back, then sit right, etc. Each stride is about 1/4th of a circle.
Time: 1 minute
B. As you ride, move your shoulders in slow horizontal circles, past your point of balance.
Time: 1 minute
Good for: Rider balance, independent hands and seat. Weight aids.
